Urgency pushes us into motion. We stock up. We scramble. We do the best we can with the information we have — often under stress, and often imperfectly.
And while this makes sense in a storm, it’s worth noticing the pattern.

Found this little guy at yoga today. Death is all around us, if you look. It’s a quiet teacher. And there’s a comfort in remembering that.
